Welcome to Web-Lab
Web-L@B is an online consumer research project funded in part by the
University of Canterbury, and directed by Associate Professor David
Fortin.
Its mission is to study
how consumers utilise, respond and react to a web-based communication medium.
The focus is on understanding the impact of various design and interface
configurations on consumer attitudes, perceptions and ultimately behaviours.
The web-lab site is a
research portal for online experiments and also a resource for information on
web and internet marketing research. We are adding relevant information on
an ongoing basis so please feel free to contact web-lab to add any links of
interest to this topic.
