HEPG : The Harvard Electricity Policy Group (HEPG). It "has worked to provide a forum for the discussion and analysis of important policy issues related to the transition to a more competitive electricity market, to provide a forum for informed and open debate, and to supply a vehicle for contributing to the wider public policy agenda affecting the electricity sector."
