Spirit@Work, New Zealand is a website devoted to the exploring work practices that engage people as whole human beings - in body, mind and heart. We believe that the human spirit is the source of creativity, enterprise and learning - qualities that are seen as essential for survival and growth in the present environment. We also see this human spirit being sustained by universal values such as tolerance, justice, honesty, integrity, respect, and compassion. The purpose of this website is to share principles, ideas, tools and techniques that foster and nourish the human spirit at workplaces through value-based management and leadership.
