Background
Dr Sanna Malinen is a Lecturer in Management in the Human Resources & Organisational Behaviour (HR/OB) team. Sanna previously taught at the Department of Psychology at UC in the Organisational Psychology (APSY) programme. Sanna’s main research interests are in the fields of organisational behaviour, organisational psychology and human resource management. Some of her ongoing research projects focus on discrimination, volunteer workers, immigrant experiences, employee engagement and retention, and measurement issues in an organisational context.
