Background
Sanna is a Senior Lecturer in Management at the University of Canterbury, and coordinates the Human Resources & Organisational Behaviour (HR/OB) team. Her research interests are in the fields of organisational behaviour, organisational psychology and human resource management. Some of her ongoing research projects focus on diversity in the workplace, discrimination and workplace attitudes, volunteer workers, coaching psychology and employee engagement and retention. She is a member of the Industrial and Organisational Psychology Division of NZPsS, and has been a member of the Coaching Psychology Special Interest Group (CPSIG) steering group since 2011. She has taken responsibility for organising professional development opportunities for coaching psychologists in the South Island, and is an active member of the Christchurch I/O group.
