Background
Dr Tony Garry is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing in the Department of Management at the University of Canterbury. Tony has a Ph.D. from the University of Nottingham which focussed on the role of emotion on service satisfaction within the context of business-to-business legal services. His research outputs have been published in journals such as the Journal of Marketing Management, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Consumer Behaviour and the Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing. He has also co-authored a book on Relationship Marketing. Tony has worked in both the public and private sectors within the UK with organisations as diverse as Hewlett Packard, BT and the Greater London Council. He is a Chartered Marketer and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Academy of Marketing.
