Background
Dr. Jörg Finsterwalder, born in Germany, is Senior Lecturer in Marketing and in the Department of Management at The University of Canterbury in New Zealand since end of 2005. He has a Doctor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Eichstätt – Ingolstadt in Germany, received a Postgraduate Diploma in Tertiary Teaching from the University of Canterbury, and has several years experience in Relationship Marketing for an international car manufacturer. He has worked both for AUDI AG headquarters in Ingolstadt, Germany, Relationship Marketing Department, and for Audi of America's Relationship Marketing Unit in Detroit. In addition, he brings some years of experience from Finance Industry. His research focus is in the area of Relationship Marketing, Services Marketing and Marketing Education. Jörg has published several articles on CRM and Services Marketing. He is also teaching in an Executive MBA program in Switzerland.
