The initial solutions are formed by randomly allocating trucks to farms. The heuristic ensures that enough trucks are assigned to each of the farms so that the total amount of modules taken to a farm meets the demand. Another requirement is that at least one loader is taken to each farm so that the modules can be loaded/unloaded.
Trucks are loaded with modules on a first come first served basis. The exception is when a truck cannot load because a loader is not present at the farm. The last truck to leave the farm should always be carrying a loader.
